We’re thrilled to see the STRAT7 Group ranked #1 fastest-growing business in the Market Research Society’s Top 20 League Table, part of the Research Live Industry Report 2024.

Figures are complied in November 2023, highlighting financial results for the previous year 2022, where STRAT7 saw an impressive 191.417% growth rate.

The MRS League Table for Top 20 fastest-growing individual agencies also shows strong performance in 2022 for our agencies Crowd DNA, ranked #6 with 50% growth rate, and Jigsaw ranked #9 with 42% growth rate.

We’re proud to be contributing to the industry’s overall 9.9% growth in 2022 (up from 0.8% in 2020).

A big thank you to Research Live for including some thoughts from our CEO Barrie Brien in the report. He talks about STRAT7’s growth strategy and why customer insight becomes even more important in a market defined by rapid change:

“At STRAT7, growth has been significantly driven by international expansion, particularly in the US market. Across all regions. The group’s agencies have made concerted efforts to get closer to their clients to help them adapt to ever-changing markets.” says chief executive Barrie Brien.

“Central to this has been bringing in additional capabilities from across the network to address clients’ specific business challenges. This has been a core strategy as we appreciate the strengths and depth of our relationships are key.”

Brien agrees 2023 has been challenging, with market research budgets tightening. But he adds: “Viewing insight as optional is imprudent. Rapid changes in consumer needs and behaviours, driven by factors like inflation, climate, and technology, demand proactive corporate leadership for sustained growth. Central to this is placing customers at the core of digital transformation, using data infrastructures to monitor and respond to evolving needs. And that requires investment in next-generation data collection and analytics.”
